Description of the Product
Olive oil, by law, must contain at least 1% extra virgin oil combined with refined olive oil. VENTURINO olive oil contains 25% extra virgin olive oil, as stated on the label itself.
It has a light and savory taste and it is the result of a continuous and accurate selection of professional tasters. Mostly used in the kitchen for delicate fryes because it withstands high temperatures without burning. We recommend, to obtain excellent results, to use a large, shallow nonstick pan with a flat bottom and straight sides.
